Terms of Service

Cancellation
Individual Lessons
All individual lesson sales are non-refundable and require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to be provided if you wish to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
Packaged Lessons
All lesson package bookings are non-refundable or exchangeable for any other service, fee or product.
Driving Test Cancellation Policy
A driving test fee is charged for any driving test cancelled with less than 3 business days notice as we are unable to fill the booking space we have reserved for you. We book out 3 hours of time for a driving test and cannot fill that space at short notice.
Non-Attendance
If a lesson is cancelled by the participant for any reason within 24 hours of the start time of the lesson, the participant will be charged a full cancellation fee, which is the cost of the lesson.
Cancellations via phone or SMS or email can only be completed during the nominated business hours, 8.30am-5.30pm. Cancellation requests submitted via email or SMS outside of hours are treated as being received at the time of processing on the next business day and you will therefore forfeit your lesson if adequate notification has not been given.
Payments
- Credit card security is implemented using secure SSL encryption on all transactions and processed using a secure, trusted, PCI compliant payment gateway and used by L Driver Training School for payment processing.
- All fees and transactions are in Australian Dollars, Ex GST and incur a 1.5% surcharge.
EzyLRN reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service without notice.
